We are excited to announce an exclusive 4-hands dinner in partnership with the renowned Valrhona Chocolate and guest Chef Cherish Finden at CORD on Friday 26th April at 6.30pm.

The highlight of this event is the 6-course degustation menu, where each course, including the savoury dishes, will incorporate a different type of Valrhona chocolate. Valrhona is a French chocolate manufacturer known for producing high-quality, premium chocolate that is used by top chefs and chocolatiers around the world.

Executive Chef Karl O'Dell, who heads the kitchen at CORD, will be showcasing his culinary skills by creating the amuse bouche, starter, fish and meat dishes. With years of experience in the industry and a passion for creating innovative and delicious dishes, Chef Karl O'Dell will delight you with his creations at this event.

We are thrilled to have the talented Pastry Chef Cherish Finden as our guest chef for the evening. Chef Finden is a renowned pastry chef who has worked at prestigious establishments such as the Pan Pacific Hotel in London, where she opened her first patisserie, SHIOK!.

Cherish’s fiery TV personality, perfectionism and style have been hugely popular on Channel 4’s Bake Off: The Professionals. She has also appeared on many other popular British TV shows, including Channel 4’s Heston’s Great British Food, BBC 1’s MasterChef, BBC’s Saturday Kitchen, Australian MasterChef, C4’s Steph’s Packed Lunch, Channel 4’s Junior Bake Off, Channel 4’s The Great British Bake Off: An Extra Slice and ITV’s James Martin’s Saturday Morning and the popular TV show "Bake Off: The Professionals" and has won numerous awards for her exquisite desserts.

For this exclusive dinner, Chef Finden will be in charge of creating the pre-dessert, dessert, and petit fours. Her creations are not only visually stunning but also bursting with unique and delicious flavours. With her expertise in pastry and Valrhona chocolate, guests can expect a sweet ending to their meal that will leave them wanting more.

The menu for the evening has been carefully curated to showcase the versatility of Valrhona chocolate. Each course will have a different chocolate element, from Black Truffle with shiitake, sourdough, balsamic and Valrhona Jivara chocolate to BBQ Beef Fillet with pink peppercorn, celeriac, cognac jus and Valrhona Abinao chocolate.
