TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Rewards and benefits are subject to availability and may change at CORD's discretion.
- Reservations must be made using the same contact details (name, phone number, and email) for visits to count towards your tier progression. Walk-in reservations are accepted on a space-available basis, and walk-in guests must provide their contact details at reception to add the booking to their loyalty profile.
- For bookings made with incorrect or incomplete information, CORD cannot guarantee they will count towards your profile.
- Rewards cannot be combined with other running offers, discounts, or promotions unless explicitly stated. Only the highest applicable discount will apply during a visit.
- Discounts are not valid on public holidays or special event days (such as Valentine’s Day, or private events).
- Monday Club discount is only valid on A La Carte Menu.
- Rewards and offers are non-transferable, must be redeemed by the loyalty member, and cannot be transferred to another person.
- Members in higher tiers can access the benefits of lower tiers, but discounts and offers do not stack.
- Chef’s Choice Treats and Private Dining Room bookings are subject to availability and must be booked in advance. Treats are selected by the chef may vary.
- The loyalty programme may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time without prior notice.
