An Exclusive Caviar Dinner at CORD

Join us on Friday 5th June at 6:30pm for an intimate and indulgent evening celebrating one of the world's most treasured ingredients, where each course is an occasion, and every detail is considered.

Caviar is one of the world's most revered ingredients, and we are going to explore that at CORD by Le Cordon Bleu on Friday 5 June at 6:30pm. In collaboration with one of the finest caviar houses Kaviari, we are hosting an exclusive dinner that puts three distinct varieties at the heart of an entire evening.

The evening begins with a welcome drink and Baeri caviar, a moment to settle in before the kitchen takes over. Executive Chef Karl O'Dell will lead a live demonstration, guiding you through the creation of a Isle of Skye Scallop Tartar, finished with Osciètre caviar. For the main course, he will finish your Wagyu steak tableside, crowned with Kristal caviar, widely regarded as one of the most sought-after caviars in the world. The evening ends on an unexpected note, Baeri caviar woven into the dessert course, where its delicate salinity plays beautifully against sweetness.

Alongside the food, Head Sommelier Jiachen has curated a pairing for each course, moving well beyond the expected to find combinations that genuinely surprise. Available as an add-on.

Expect three world-class caviar varieties alongside three course dinner in a single sitting, live chef demonstrations, and a sommelier-led pairing that goes beyond the obvious.
