Join us for an exclusive, hands-on culinary evening dedicated to the magic of food and sherry pairing. This intimate event will see you create one course of a special four-course dinner and taste your way through five exceptional Sherry wines under the guidance of our award-winning team.
This intimate event is a rare opportunity to learn directly from the two masters behind CORD: Executive Chef Karl O'Dell and Head Somelier Jiachen Lu. In a remarkable twist of fate, both are individual winners of the prestigious Copa Jerez International Final, the world’s top award for food and sherry pairing, a title they each won in different years, long before their paths crossed. For one night, this award-winning duo will share their expertise with you.
Your evening will begin in our state-of-the-art Le Cordon Bleu cookery school, where Chef Karl will personally guide you through creating the starter. After you’ve enjoyed your own creation, you will relax as the remaining three courses are served directly from the CORD kitchen. Throughout the dinner, Jiachen will lead the guided tasting, explaining the story and unique pairing behind each glass.
