Available to book on it's own or as part of the Masterclass, this 4-course dinner is expertly paired with a different Taittinger Champagne for each course, enhancing the flavours and elevating your dining experience.

Taittinger Masterclass and Dinner - 6pm - Fully Booked
Led by a Taittinger brand ambassador, this masterclass based in our Private Dining Room will take you on a journey through the different varietals and styles of Taittinger Champagne, before you enjoy a Taittinger Dinner Pairing in CORD restaurant.
During the masterclass, guests will blind taste 4 Champagnes and get to guess which they are tasting.
Participants will then enjoy a 4-course dinner at CORD by Le Cordon Bleu, known for its modern and innovative cuisine.
